about

A tale of natural disasters and their supernatural results.

lyrics

It was that summer
When I would meet her
And in the winter
She caught the fever
That's when I swore
I'd never leave her

Trapped in the storm
Under the snow
The fire burned
We watched it dance
As it would glow
We helped it grow
It kept us warm
The avalanche
Would hold it's own
I held her close
How would I know
She was a ghost?

I put the cold rag
Down on her forehead
And then I cried out
They'll send a sled of scouts to dig us out
She shook her head in doubt
Laid in her deathbed
And blew the candle out

Trapped in the storm
Under the snow
The fire burned
We watched it dance
As it would glow
We helped it grow
It kept us warm
The avalanche
Would hold it's own
I held her close
How would I know
She was a ghost?
